UFLP: UNILEVER FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME
A GRADUATE PROGRAMME THAT IGNITES THE LEADER IN YOU
This two to three-year graduate programme is a development experience designed to ignite the Leader in You. Over this time, you will gain excellent exposure through rotations within your function in our business and meaningful interaction with Unilever leaders.
Duration: 2–3 years
Rotation: Every 6 months within the function, international experience, exposure in a disruptive business model (such as Unilever International) and a cross-function rotation in Customer Development for all UFLs.
Qualification: Final Year Students and Fresh Graduates (2 years of formal work experience or less)
Functions: Finance, Marketing, Human Resources

HOW IT WORKS

01. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Complete an online form to apply to a single department. Use your LinkedIn profile to fill in the details quickly and easily.
02. GAMIFIED ASSESSMENT
Complete an aptitude assessment: Short online games that analyse cognitive traits.
03. DIGITAL INTERVIEW
Complete an On-Demand Digital Interview via our digital platform, Hirevue. Record and upload your responses to function-specific questions on growing our business through innovation and technology.
04. DISCOVERY CENTRE DAY
Engage in different activities that will give you a direct look into “a day in the life" at Unilever.
